I've been married for several years now and I seem to be in a rut. Depression is getting worse every day and until recently I didn't know what to do about it. I don't like taking prescription drugs, yet that seems to be what all the Drs are telling me to do. I did a little research on my own and I found out that excitement can help lift one's spirits, and the book I read suggested things like parachuting, bungee jumping and car racing to help put some excitement back into one's life. True, those things would probably work, but when I think about it what it comes down to is RISK. I'm not prepared to risk my life but to stimulate the brain and help beat off depression the risk has to be substantial. I thought about it and the second most important thing to me is my relationship with my husband. I love him dearly and it would destroy me to loose him, so I decided I would risk that. I got on the Adult Friend Finder dating system and convinced a young man to come over to my house about an hour before my husband comes home. I think I'll try cheating on him again next week, and to spice it up a bit I'll shave 15 minutes off it so my husband will meet him at the door. I guess I'm now an adrenaline junkie.
